The convention facility at ARIA Resort & Casino will feature four pillerless ballrooms.
The Bristlecone Ballroom will be located on Level One and will be 51,560 square feet with a ceiling height of 24’3’’. It will divide into 10 sections ranging from to 2,040 to 17,135 square feet. Two loading docks will be adjacent to the Bristlecone Ballroom and the vehicle ramp will lead directly to the 18 x 14’ freight door.
The Pinyon Ballroom also will be located on Level One. It will be 38,300 square feet with a ceiling height of 24’3”and will divide into eight sections ranging from 1,968 to 11,600 square feet. A 10’ x 14’ door provides convenient access for freight and vehicles.
The location of the Pinyon Ballroom, directly across from the Bristlecone Ballroom, will create a combined area for product display and programs on a flow basis of just under 90,000 square feet of space.
The Ironwood Ballroom will be located on Level Three. It will be 38,300 square feet with a ceiling height of 24'3” and will divide into eight sections ranging from 1,968 to 11,600 square feet. It features a 10’ x 10’ door for freight and vehicle access. Megavators near the Level One dock will transport equipment and vehicles to the third level.
All three ballrooms will have fully functioning theatrical stages of approximately 70’ x 36’, or 2,650 square feet. Extensive catwalks will enable rigging for special lighting and banners. Power boxes will be located in the floor, ceiling, and side walls.
The Juniper Ballroom will be located on Level Three. It will be 20,275 square feet and can be divided into two, three, or four sections ranging from 3,500 to 10,124 square feet with a ceiling height of 20’.
Vehicle access is available to the Level One and Level Three promenades.
