The 300,000 square feet of meeting and pre-function space is designed to accommodate gatherings large and small from 10 to 5,000 attendees. Four ballrooms ranging from 20,000 to 51,500 square feet will be available. Accessible freight docks, vehicle ramps and megavators will make load-in, set-up and tear-down uncomplicated and efficient.
The facility will have 36 meeting rooms located throughout the three levels to accommodate breakout sessions and small group meetings. In addition, two executive boardrooms will be located on Level Three providing seamless integration of technology and design to facilitate strategic thinking and decision-making.
Six registration desks, two on each level, will support interaction with attendees and provide convenient office and storage space. The full service business center will be located at the main entrance to the convention facility to assist with on-site needs.
